These terms govern your use of Kamiflavr("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
What the Service is — and is not
Kamiflavr monitors publicly available marketplace policy pages and notifies you when they appear to change, with an AI-generated plain-English summary.
The Service provides informational monitoring only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Summaries are generated by an automated system and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You must verify any change against the official source before acting, and you remain solely responsible for your own compliance with any marketplace's rules.
No guarantee of completeness or timing
We aim to detect meaningful changes quickly, but we do not guarantee that every change will be detected, detected correctly, or delivered within any particular time. A marketplace may change a policy in a way we do not catch, or may change a page we do not watch. The Service is a helpful early warning, not a substitute for your own diligence.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, which handles all card details — we never see or store them. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamiflavr and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost profits, account suspension, fines, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may change the Service or these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time.
