Service Level Commitment

This describes the service levels we aim to provide for Kamiflavr. It sets expectations honestly rather than promising more than a monitoring service can guarantee.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the website and dashboard. You can see current system status any time on our status page.
Monitoring & alerts
We check watched policy pages several times a day and aim to deliver same-day alerts to paid plans when a relevant change is detected. We do not guarantee that every change will be detected or delivered within a fixed time — the Service is an early-warning system, not a guarantee, and you should verify against the official source.
Support response
We aim to respond to support messages within two business days, and faster for issues affecting paid subscribers.
