Marketplace sellers run real businesses on top of rules they don't control. A single policy change — a new fee, a restricted product, a tightened requirement — can suspend an account or quietly erase a margin. Yet those changes are often announced unclearly, buried in long pages most sellers can only check by hand.

Kamiflavr exists to close that gap. We watch the pages that matter, notice the moment they meaningfully change, and explain what happened in plain English — usually the same day — so a seller can act before a change hurts them.

We built it to be honest about what it is: an early-warning system, not legal advice. Every summary links back to the official source, and we tell you when we're not sure. We'd rather send you one alert too many than let you miss the one that mattered.

The product started with Amazon because that's where the pain is sharpest, but the engine is built to add marketplaces as configuration — so the coverage grows over time.
