Refund & Cancellation Policy

This explains how cancellations and refunds work for Kamiflavr paid plans.
Cancelling
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then. The free plan needs no cancellation.
Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or at our discretion if something on our side went clearly wrong. If you think you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll look into it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and let you know. If it can't be collected, your account moves to the free plan rather than being deleted.
